Where we ship

We ship from Texas to the continental United States (all lower 48 states + DC). We can't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories — sorry!

Texas customers: we can't take Texas orders through this site, but you can buy exactly the same pieces from our Etsy shop — build your bundle here, copy the build code, and paste it into your Etsy order.

Shipping cost

Etsy orders are shipped under the rates shown on the Etsy listing — Etsy handles the checkout and postage for those.

Turnaround

Every order is printed fresh after you order — most ship within 3 days, and every order up to our 10,000 g maximum is guaranteed to ship within 7 days. You'll get an email with USPS tracking the moment yours is on its way.

Damage & returns

If anything arrives broken or missing, email us a photo within 14 days and we'll reprint and ship replacements free. Because every bundle is custom-printed, we can't accept returns for change of mind — but if something's wrong, we'll make it right.
